Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Beatopia Connect, as data controller, processes your personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
Data and purpose
The name, phone, email, topic, notes, messages and signature details you share in the booking form and client area are processed to handle your appointment and project, to contact you and to manage the contract process.
Legal basis
Your data is processed because it is needed to enter into or perform a contract, and on the basis of your explicit consent.
Sharing and retention
Your data is not shared with third parties. It is stored only on our hosting provider’s servers for as long as needed. Signed contracts are kept for the legally required period.
Your rights
